Refund / Returns

All sales are final. As flowers are perishable items, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

• The item was never delivered.
• The item was not delivered in suitable condition due to the mishandling by the store or during the delivery process.
• Blush N Bloom Bouquet does not take responsibility for orders with incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Please verify the address and include apartment numbers or building entry instructions.
• “Not liking” the arrangement is not grounds for a return.
• All issues must be communicated to Blush N Bloom Bouquet within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancelations

Changes to an order and cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email at info@blushnbloombouquet.com or call the store to discuss your issue.

Delivery / Pickup Policy

We offer local delivery for custom bouquet orders within a 30-mile radius of ZIP code 20147. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before noon, subject to availability and may be an additional fee of $20. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery location on the date of the delivery. We do not call ahead unless that is requested by the sender.

Delivery Fees

• 0–10 miles: $15
• 11–20 miles: $20
• 21–30 miles: $25

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are available Monday–Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM and Sundays 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Important Information

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery, rush orders, holidays, or large event orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or traffic conditions.

We can honor requests based on availability. Every effort will be made to expedite your order. Delivery is available within 30 mile radius of 20147. To request a same day delivery, please call and contact a team member for specific delivery instructions.
